You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. DataTru cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DataTru be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
