Who should download this
The DataTru Data Processing Addendum (DPA) supplements the Terms of Service and is available to Scale and Enterprise customers who require a written agreement governing personal-data processing under GDPR, UK GDPR, or comparable data-protection laws. Starter and Growth customers are governed by the standard Privacy Policy.

Signing
To execute the DPA, sign the PDF and email the executed copy to legal@datatru.com. We will counter-sign and return a fully executed copy within 5 business days.
