Refund Policy

1. Our policy

No refunds for partial periods. When you cancel a paid plan, you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the unused portion of that period.

You can cancel anytime to stop future charges from your billing settings.

2. Trial

We do not charge during the 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, we do not charge your card.

3. Annual subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are paid up front for 12 months. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access through the end of your annual period. We do not refund unused months on annual subscriptions.

4. Overage charges

Overage charges are billed in arrears at the end of the period in which the usage occurred and follow the same no-refund policy.

5. Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our discretion if a billing error occurs on our side, or in cases required by applicable consumer-protection law. Contact us at billing@datatru.com if you believe a refund applies.
