Do you charge per seat?

No. Invite your whole team without any per-user fees.

What happens if I exceed my plan's review allowance?

Extra reviews are billed at $0.03 each, up to the monthly cap you set (default is 2x your plan price). You'll never get a surprise bill. See our refund policy for details.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.

Is my credit card charged during the trial?

No. We hold the card so you don't lose progress on day 14, but we don't charge until then.

What if I cancel?

You keep access through the end of your current period. Your data is retained for 30 days; one click to restore. We do not refund partial periods (see our refund policy).

Do you offer discounts?

Annual billing saves 20%. Nonprofit and education discounts available on request.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Encrypted at rest and in transit. SOC 2 Type I in progress.

Can I pay by invoice or ACH?

Scale and Enterprise customers can. Mention it during checkout or when you talk to us.

Will my price ever change?

We give 60 days notice before any price change and grandfather existing subscriptions for 12 months. Annual customers are locked at their current price until renewal. Full details: pricing changes policy.
