Do you charge per seat? ▾
No. Invite your whole team without any per-user fees.
What happens if I exceed my plan's review allowance? ▾
Extra reviews are billed at $0.03 each, up to the monthly cap you set (default is 2x your plan price). You'll never get a surprise bill.
Can I change plans mid-cycle? ▾
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.
Is my credit card charged during the trial? ▾
No. We hold the card so you don't lose progress on day 14, but we don't charge until then.
What if I cancel? ▾
You keep access through the end of your current period. Your data is retained for 30 days; one click to restore.
Do you offer discounts? ▾
Annual billing saves 20%. Nonprofit and education discounts available on request.
Is my data secure? ▾
Yes. Encrypted at rest and in transit. SOC 2 Type I in progress.
Can I pay by invoice or ACH? ▾
