Pricing Changes Policy

1. Notice period

We will give at least 60 days advance notice before any price increase to a published plan. Notice is sent by email to the billing contact on the account and posted publicly on our pricing page.

2. Grandfathering

Existing subscriptions are grandfathered at the prior price for 12 months from the date the change is announced. After that 12-month window, your next renewal will use the new price.

3. Annual customers

Annual customers are locked at the price they paid for the current annual term. The new price applies starting at the renewal of the next annual term, after the 12-month grandfathering window has elapsed.

4. Decreases and promotional pricing

Price decreases take effect immediately for existing customers at their next renewal. Promotional pricing (such as launch discounts or coupons) is not covered by this policy and follows the terms of the specific promotion.

5. Plan changes vs price changes

This policy covers price changes to existing plans. We may also introduce new plans or retire old plans; existing subscribers on a retired plan keep the plan as long as they remain subscribed without interruption.
